Original Artwork by Becky Stouten
I call my artwork "forest floor art". I work mostly in watercolor and often take my original watercolors and collage them into larger forest floor scenes . I am excited about creating art after spending several decades reading books and creating makerspaces in school libraries.. Thank you so much, Becky
More about Becky
I live in St. Anthony Village, MN with a chronic illness called Ankylosing Spondylitis, along with its co-morbidities and related illnesses. The disease has limited my physical capabilities and also reading, which was my first love.
I have retired from my 30 year career as a school library media specialist have started painting. To support the Spondylitis Association of America, I sent a portion of the proceeds to SAA to support research during the spring and summer of 2024.
I am a new artist, so if you see something you might like, don’t hesitate to inquire about it, or stop by and browse in person. I have sold many of my works and am selling prints at low prices. I am also working on new materials. Have a great day! Becky
